Great customer services and they deliver what they promise. When you call, you speak to a person rather than 'pressing 1 for...' etc. They return phone calls and emails when they say they will, but for me, the best thing is the price! My bills have come down by about 25% from my previous supplier (Scottish Power) and there is a promise of a further reduction in due course. Support this ethical, green energy company and switch from those big money grabbing corporates!
This company delivers what it promises. Our joint Electricity and Gas bill has been reduced by over £30.00 per month. £360.00 per year. MAGIC.

I cannot rate this company highly enough.The customer service is excellent. I have only had to phone in a few times since my switch and you definitely get the ' we care about our customers ' response. Today for example they had a problem with their phonelines and I was cut off. Less than 6 min later I got a return call from Holly, the customer service agent who I had just been speaking with. After years of dealing with the big 6 companies, both personally and professionally, I can honestly say you would NEVER get this level of care from them. Well done team at People's Energy.
Just changed from EDF and saved £156 a year. Great to be with a company that puts it customers first and not the fat cats at the top. Excellent customer service too. Give them a try what have you got to lose....... !?
Just swapped from British Gas. Saving around £200 per year. And so far the service I have received has been so friendly, efficient and welcoming. And they are a mutual so their customers are at the heart of everything they do.
I have signed up. Heard about them through Which magazine. The telephone is always answered quickly, the staff are really pleasant and the tariffs are much cheaper than any others. Long may this continue.

So far, so good. Simple to switch (mine is still in progress). I have to pay exit fees to my current provider but I will make these back in no time. Quick response to emails.
I also signed up from the start , always got a reply to any questions, ive now got chaper electric, cheaper standing charge , no prob changing, stuff british gas who dont treat there customers with any respect, and rip people of , electric is something everybody needs its not a wish or fad, I hope the big six suffer, for there arrogence to the public , good luck to peoples energy........
