Our priority is ensuring the health and safety of our members of the public, and we take this duty of care extremely seriously. Our field teams follow strict rules on social distancing and hygiene. However, as a precaution, we’re pausing all our door-to-door sales activity, until further notice.
We know that right now, it’s more important than ever to make sure that both members of the public and our sales teams feel as safe as possible. We’re not sure when we’ll get back out knocking doors again. When we do, it’ll be in full compliance with government safety guidelines.

Our representatives will look out for anyone who’s self-isolating, or not comfortable with a doorstep visit. They won’t enter a resident’s home, or engage with elderly or vulnerable people. They’ll ask a short series of questions to establish if there may be a greater risk from interaction – if that’s the case, they’ll move on straight away.
