We want to make managing your energy as simple as possible. The best way to do this is to register for an online account. It lets you do things like submit meter readings, check your account balance, or see your latest statement.
It’s really easy to get set up.
When you first sign up with us, we’ll ask for your email address. This will be the email address that is linked to your online account.
Shortly before we start supplying you with energy, we’ll send you an email inviting you to log in to your online account. All you need to do is click the invite link in your email and create a password - then you’re in! It’s that simple.
If you haven’t received your invite email, it’s still easy to get access to your online account. Follow this link and click Register.
You’ll be asked to fill in your email address, postcode and People’s Energy account number. You can find your account number in the welcome email we sent you when you first signed up for People’s Energy. We’ll then send you an email with a link to create a password, and you’ll be able to log in. That’s it!
To access your online account, all you need to do is click the red Login button at the top right of this page. You’ll need the email address you signed up with, and your password to log in.
Don’t worry if you’ve forgotten your password. You can regain access to your account by going here and clicking “Forgotten Your Password?”. We’ll then send you an email that will let you reset your password. You can set up a new password for your account as often as you like.
