If you have enough credit to pay for energy over the next 5 working days

The best thing to do is to email us at prepaymenthelp@peoplesenergy.co.uk. We can send you a new key in the post.

 

If you're likely to run out of energy soon

When your meter shows that you have less than 50p credit remaining, give us a call on on 0131 510 3169.
