Can I get a smart meter if I switch to you?

Yes! We're currently installing second generation (SMETS2) smart meters for our Direct Debit members.

We're starting with members in areas where we know smart network connectivity is good, and smart meters are likely to work well.

In some areas, the smart network has poor coverage, which means smart meters don't work well. If you live in an area where connectivity isn't as strong, there's a chance we won't be able to install a smart meter for you right now. Work is underway to improve the smart network across the whole UK, so when we're able to offer a smart meter in your area, we'll be in touch.

At the moment, we're also not able to offer smart meters for our Prepay members. We're working hard on getting this up and running, and should be able to offer smart prepay meters soon.
