For billing, we'll take readings from your smart meter every month. But, you can actually let us know how often you want us to receive your readings - half-hourly, daily or monthly. If we start taking daily reads, we’ll give you seven days' notice. If you don't want this, you can opt out. We need your express permission to take half-hourly readings.
When we install your smart meter, we'll ask you how often you'd like us to take your meter readings. You can change this at any time by getting in touch with our Member Services Team.
